Positive: We stayed at 10 nights the Pullman Khao Lak as a family with kids and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, the facilities were excellent, and the staff was truly amazing – always helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for families looking for both comfort and great service

Negative: The only thing I would improve is more shuttles since the location of the hotel is a bit remote
